    Additionally, iKKO partners with offline dealer stores where you can visit and try our products firsthand. You may also ask the store staff for assistance with product use.

     

    • Do you provide a SIM card?

    Our ActiveBuds do not come with a SIM card.

    This decision is based on privacy and security considerations, as a SIM card typically requires personal information and is often linked to an individual’s identity and their local mobile service provider. We recommend purchasing a SIM card from your local carrier, where it can be registered and linked to your identity in a secure and compliant manner.

     

    • Besides the purchase cost of the device, is there any online service subscription fee?

    All software and services currently provided with our device are complimentary. However, we plan to introduce premium subscription services within our software in the future.

     

    • What mobile network bands does ActiveBuds support?

     ActiveBuds support the following bands:

      •  2G: B2, B3, B5, B8
      •  3G: B1, B2, B5, B8
      •  FDD: B1, B2, B3, B5, B7, B8, B20
      •  TDD: B34, B38, B39, B40, B41

    The home button on ActiveBuds have been rigorously tested 80,000 times to ensure its durability.

     

    • What is the battery life of ActiveBuds and its case?
      • Case Charging Capacity: When fully charged, the case can recharge the buds 3-5 times.
      • Case Battery Life: The case alone (without charging the buds) has a standby time of up to 100 hours.
      • Buds Battery Life: When fully charged, the buds can play music continuously for 6 hours with Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) on.

     

    • What materials are used in ActiveBuds?

    Our ActiveBuds are made from premium plastic and metal, with an added layer of AG glass technology for scratch-resistance and durability.

    They are also IPX4 certified, which means it is sweat-proof and splash-proof.

    Yes, we encrypt all non-conversation data to safeguard your personal information. ChatGPT 4o servers only retain device identification information and do not store any other user data.

    No, there are currently no limitations or restrictions on using Chat with ActiveBuds based on your location. Additionally, there is no limitation on the number of ActiveBuds you can own or use.

     

    • What audio formats does ActiveBuds support?

    ActiveBuds supports a variety of high-quality audio formats, including MP3, FLAC, WAV, CD, AAC, and 18 other formats.
