ActiveBuds lost functionality connecting from earbuds to any device


  • ActiveBuds became defective after updating (this March 2025) to the latest firmware I have lost all functionality of EarBuds + Charging Case - both of which were already unable to connect to my phone or either to my laptop nor Samsung Galaxy Tab Ultra Tablet - no matter if I try to remove and foget those vices and do a Facvtory reset of the Charcging Case(still doesn't work)!

    Is there anyone who could help me fix this back and use this again? It is barely almost a year but not quite yet but then again this was unexpectedly already dysfunctional.? Pleaase stop auto updating firmware(automatically) whenever people is connected to WIFI, don't fix and break if there's nothing broken you guys only keep on breaking a working set and waste peoples total cost of ownsership of this device!

    To restore functionality, please try the following steps:

    1️⃣ On your ActiveBuds device, swipe up from the bottom of the main screen.
    2️⃣ Tap the cloud icon to manually check for and install any latest system updates.
    3️⃣ Then go to iKKO Store → Tools and make sure all tools with a white “NEW” label are updated.
