Update β€” New AI Translation Now Available

    We are pleased to announce that the AI Translation V1.0.10 update is now live. This version includes the following improvements and new features:

    1. Expanded Language Support: The language list has been increased from 40 to 62 languages, allowing for more diverse translation capabilities.
    2. Volume Adjustment Fix: We’ve resolved issues related to volume adjustment in real-time translation mode, ensuring smoother control.
    3. Language Display Fix: Corrected a discrepancy where the language display was inconsistent during left and right swipes on the home page.
    4. Translation Experience Enhancement: Optimized translation quality for both Russian and Japanese to improve overall accuracy and user experience.

    To access these updates:

    1. please ensure your device is connected to the Internet and plugged in, and the update will proceed automatically;

    2. Alternatively, you may initiate the process by visiting iKKO Store > System Update, and follow the instruction.

  • Hi, i am still trying to install the 1.1.9 version of earsync, but after the download of new software update i can't install It.

    How It Is possibile? Please help meπŸ™‚


  • I am having the same issue. System update says 1.1.9. But it doesn't update when I click open. Also my case did not come with a SIM card tray! What kind of shitty product is this?


  • @Tee il mio device dopo un paio di giorni si è aggiornato da solo. Il cassetto della sim è sul lato sinistro. Prova ad usare lo spillo in dotazione per estrarre il cassetto.


  • Hello, why, when the translated text show, it is not allways replying with audio as well for the person to hear the reply. Also, can the text be changed to larger text? Thank you.
